Résumé : In the 1920's there were a lot of syndicalists in Västervik. Syndicalists and workers that were members of other trade unions cooperated in the organisation Västerviks Fackföreningars Samorganisation (VFS). The trade union movement in Västervik with its many syndicalists seem to differ from the earlier research about syndicalism. The syndicalism in Västervik can't be explained by the hypothesis that the earlier research about syndicalism has presented. That is the problem that is being investigated in this study.
