"En traduisant ce texte, deux réflexions me sont apparues : la première, celle sur l'anarchisme (l'absence de gouvernement), la seconde, la moralité, et les hommes se trompent souvent sur ces deux choses, et cela n'est pas seulement le fait des asiatiques, en Europe et en Amérique aussi, beaucoup les comprennent mal. Je souhaite expliquer ces deux idées, et cet auteur dit très justement, "l'anarchisme est l'absence de l'autorité"; aujourd'hui, au vu de notre situation actuelle, nous ne sommes plus loin de l'anarchisme, et c'est par ses preuves scientifiques que nous pouvons conclure que bientôt l'anarchisme deviendra réalité."Note de contenu : Note du traducteur (1 p.)
